Join us for this Post Festival Half Day Workshop.  Post Summer Half Day Workshop at Mahamudra Kadampa Buddhist Center in Hermosa BeachResident Teacher, Gen Tangpa will offer highlights of teachings received at the 2018 International Summer Festival and the International Teacher Training Program, and provide additional insights into how we can stop grasping at our daily appearances.  We all wish for more pleasant feelings and the method to accomplish this is to reduce our clinging and grasping at ordinary life.

We will explore methods to stop clinging to our pleasant and unpleasant feelings using tools learned in Sutra (Lamrim, the stages of the path to enlightenment) and tools learned from Tantra.  As this class is interactive, feel free to bring whatever questions you may have or your own solutions to share with others.  You are free to ask any questions that come to mind during the presentation.

This is a great way to start the Fall Series General Program classes that begin on September 10th.  Gen Tangpa will present these classes in the deepest manner possible with the intention to wake us up from the sleep of Samsara.

The class is open to everyone.  As a reminder, the presentation is Saturday in Santa Ana and Sunday in Hermosa Beach.
